A: It is the pure text spoken in your media file. A caption is spoken words in certain time period.
Usually, captions are provided in .srt or .vtt files.
Q: How much does the service cost?
A: It is FREE.
Q: How many languages do you support? And what are they?
A: We support 51 languages in total for now.

Q: How long videos or audios can I upload?
A: You can upload up to 30 minutes at one time.
Q: How long videos or audios can I link from Google Drive?
A: You can link up to 90 minutes videos or audios at one time from Google Drive.
Q: What type of data formats do you support?
A: Currently, we support only .mp4 and .wav files.
Q: How long does a 10 minute video take to be transcribed?
A: Transcribing a 10-minute video typically takes around one minute after preparing the video to be processed.
Q: Do you help with manual editing after the transcription?
A: Unfortunately we don't. However, we provide all the required output
files (.txt, .srt, and .vtt) so that you can make edits on your own.
Q: How do I access my transcribed output content?
A: After the transcription process, you have three options for accessing your output content:
1- Our user-friendly interface allows you to easily copy and paste the content to your local environment.
2- You can directly download the output files to your computer.
3- The system automatically sends those files to your email.
Q: Is my data saved in your system?
A: Yes, your text data (transcript and captions) are saved in our system. However, the media files such as videos or
audios are automatically deleted from our system after the transcription process.
